By registering for Silvensa 2026, you agree to the following terms.
Silvensa 2026 is an event taking place in Bergen, Norway, from 28 December 2026 to 1 January 2027. Your registration is personal and binding once payment has been completed.
Participants do not have a right of withdrawal after purchase. This is because the event, activities, meals, and related services take place on specific dates and are therefore exempt from the ordinary right of withdrawal for distance purchases.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your paid activities, meals, or restaurant bookings to another eligible participant, as long as this is approved by the organising team in advance. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to do this.
The general registration fee cannot be refunded or transferred.
Some activities may have limited capacity, age limits, safety requirements, or other specific conditions. Participants are responsible for reading the information provided for each activity before signing up.
The organising team may make changes to the programme, venues, times, or activities if necessary. If an activity is cancelled by the organising team, we will try to offer a suitable alternative or refund the relevant activity fee where possible.
Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other participants, organisers, venue staff, and the public. The organising team may refuse participation or remove participants from the event in cases of unsafe, illegal, or seriously inappropriate behaviour.
Silvensa 2026 is not responsible for participants’ travel, accommodation, insurance, personal belongings, or other private expenses.
